Construction-related construction is the type that has been built specifically to accommodate tenants, and is generally not for short-term stays.

Construction rent is the term that refers to the same type of housing, and can include both short- and long-term tenants.

For example, a building rental may have a short- term lease for one month and then a long- term rental for two months.

However it is more common for building rental accommodation to have long–term leases for up to a year, with the average length of a long term lease lasting up to six months.

This type of short- or long-time tenancy is known as a ‘build-to-suit’ arrangement, and will usually require that the tenant be living in the property on a regular basis.

Construction-style rental is usually a term that describes a property that is designed to accommodate families and single people.

This means that the landlord provides a fixed monthly rent for the property for a set period of time, which is usually around a few months.

The tenant typically pays for the rent on a monthly basis.

The building is usually in a residential building, with a lot of rooms and a kitchen.

The tenancy agreement may be more complex, with arrangements for tenants to share rooms, to rent rooms to people other than themselves, or to share bedrooms with people who are not the tenant.
